Consistory votes on limited reopening in June
On Sunday, April 11, the Consistory met and had a long discussion about the safety and other issues surrounding reopening the church. It was decided by unanimous vote to begin holding in-person services once a month starting June 6!
Many details still need to be finalized, but safety restrictions will be in place, and the service will be a limited version of what we’re used to for our in-church worship. The Consistory is working to balance the desire of many of us to begin worshipping together in the sanctuary with the need to act responsibly while gathering indoors.
The Consistory will be contacting members via email and posting updates on this website, as well as on Facebook. Keep an eye out for more updates. And, if all goes well, we’ll see you in June!
